One script tag. Or none at all.

Put the form where your visitors already are: a landing page, a blog post, a docs site or your own app.

What you get

Web component

One script and one tag. It renders in Shadow DOM, so your CSS and ours never collide. Under 10 kB, no cookies.

Inline or as a popup

Place the form in the page, or open it as a popup from any button or after someone scrolls. No popups on page load.

Plain HTML form

A normal form that posts to Waitlark and comes back to your thank-you page. Style it yourself. Works with JavaScript off.

JSON API

Build your own flow and send signups with a public project key. Same spam checks as the form, and a token back for the follow-up questions so step two needs no second check.

Works with any site

Astro, Next, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify or a single HTML file.

Your own thank-you page

Send people to your own page after signup, per language. Without JavaScript the form redirects there too.

Analytics events

The form fires DOM events and supports Umami and Plausible attributes, so “signed up from the hero form” shows up in your own stats.

In practice

<script src="https://cdn.waitlark.com/embed.js" type="module"></script> and <waitlark-form project="pk_…">. That’s the whole install.
