Privacy
This page covers the waitlist on this site. Waitlark itself gets its own privacy policy and data processing agreement before it opens.
What we store
Your email address, your language, the date, and the version of the consent text you saw. Where you signed up: the page and which form on it, the name of the site you came from (only the name, not the full link), and campaign tags if the link had them. If you answer the optional questions, also what you’re launching and how many launches you expect. We don’t store IP addresses or user agents, and this site sets no cookies.
Why
To send you one email to confirm your address and one when your invite is ready, and to understand who wants Waitlark so we build the right things first. We never sell or share your answers.
Where
In a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU, handled by our own API at api.waitlark.com. Emails are sent with Cloudflare Email Sending from hello@waitlark.com. The bot check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare sees your IP address in transit to run it, and we never store it.
Removing your data
Every email has a link to leave the waitlist. One click deletes your address and your answers right away. You can also emailprivacy@waitlark.com. We delete the whole waitlist once invites have gone out.
