Waitlark vs Viral Loops: common questions
- Is Waitlark cheaper than Viral Loops?
- We can’t say yet, because Waitlark’s prices follow before it opens. Viral Loops starts at $35 a month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly, for up to 1,000 participants. Waitlark charges once per launch, never counts contacts on paid plans, and gives everyone on its waitlist an early-bird price for their first launch.
- Can I move my list from Viral Loops to Waitlark?
- Waitlark isn’t open yet. When it is, export your participants as a CSV from Viral Loops and ask us in the chat about bringing them over.
- Do both store data in the EU?
- Yes. Viral Loops’ DPA says it stores data on AWS in eu-west-1 and runs its servers in Heroku’s Europe region. Waitlark stores signups in an EU database and never stores IP addresses.
- Can I ask questions after people sign up?
- In Waitlark, yes: a welcome flow asks one question per screen right after signup and saves each answer the moment it’s given. We found nothing about questions after signup on the Viral Loops site.
