Client launches, each in its own brand.
Run every client’s waitlist from one account. Each project has its own list, brand, questions and sender, so client launches stay apart.
Where it gets hard
A new tool for every client
Each launch ends up with its own form tool and its own login. Six months later nobody remembers which client lives where.
Forms that look like the tool
Most waitlist tools give every product the same grey box. Matching a client’s brand means custom code, and the emails still come from someone else’s domain.
Handing over the list
At launch the client wants their signups. Pulling them out and showing that everyone opted in takes an afternoon you didn’t quote for.
How it goes with Waitlark
A project per client
Start one in about a minute: a name, an address, languages, sites and a sender. It starts as a draft, so nobody can sign up until you set it live. Each project keeps its own list, branding, questions, sender and keys.
All your launches →Each in the client’s brand
Set the brand once in the brand studio. Pick the client’s main colour and Waitlark works out the rest with readable contrast. The form, page and emails all follow, and paid plans add custom CSS.
Branded forms →On the client’s domain
Put the hosted page on a subdomain such as join.clientname.com with one CNAME record. Waitlark issues and renews the certificate, and on every paid plan you can hide the “waitlist by waitlark” badge.
Custom domains →A CSV per client
Export everything or a filtered list as CSV. The export is spreadsheet-safe, so a cell never runs as a formula.
Dashboard →Consent you can show
Waitlark keeps the exact consent text and version each person saw, with the date they confirmed. Set a retention period and old lists delete themselves months after launch.
Privacy by default →
Say your studio has two client launches this spring: a ceramics shop’s subscription box and a gym’s booking app. Each gets a project with its own colours and subdomain, and you switch between them at the top of the dashboard. On launch day you export each client’s list as CSV and send it over.
Waitlark for Agencies: common questions
- Do client launches stay separate?
- Yes. Each project has its own list, branding, questions, sender address and keys. You switch between projects at the top of the dashboard.
- Can my client log in to see their waitlist?
- Client access to a single project is planned, without a date yet. Until then, send them a CSV export from their project.
- Which plan suits an agency?
- Studio: a monthly plan with unlimited projects, everything in Launch and team members with roles. Client access per project is planned. Prices follow before Waitlark opens.
